Benchill Primary's current equality objectives are (2022-2025):
1. To develop understanding of discrimination in the UK and in the wider world
2. To develop staff expertise in supporting pupils with disability including emotional and mental health needs
3. Ensure schools’ policies and practice support staff, pupils and parents/carers with protected characteristics
4. To further develop the school’s role in promoting community cohesion
